Az úgy volt, hogy idén végre nem felejtettem el mikor van a Föld órája, és a magam szerény módján csatlakoztam is az akcióhoz. Sőt, fél órával előbb kezdtem, mert épp semmihez se kellett áram, szóval nálam ma a Föld másfél órája volt. De ez mindegy is, a lényeg az, hogy míg a viszonylagos sötétben heverésztem, eszembe jutott egy pár soros dalszöveg részlet az egyik Neil Gaiman regényből, konkrétan az Amerikai istenekből, ami egész jól passzol ehhez a no áram megmozduláshoz. A dal elkövetője Greg Brown, s ímhol az idézet:
